I really like this topical. It’s not super cooling but it cools. Its strong an helps my back I rub it all over my back. I was in a car accident an have lupus fibromyalgia this helps that pain. I put on after a shower for relief. No strong smells more of a lotion consistency and just works no mess no smell that hurts ur head and easy to apply I found a pump for mine and makes it easy.
