Start off slowly. CBD products have become very strong and with CBD low dose is plenty. Buy in small quanities so that you can see how the CBD affects your mood. CBC is addictive because when you find you are less anxious you will never want to go back. USe behavioral stradgies to alievate anxiety like yoga, walking, listening to music, swimming etc. I use CBD for nerve pain and I am addicted to the smoke, H ave been weening myself of smoke and utilizing gummies so that i can be more available and seeing things from my own self and not depending on CBC to relax. If not for the nerve pain i most likely would use it only in gummy or capsule for anxiety. 25mg is okay if your really anxious and 10 can be a daily dose a few times a day or less depending on your stress level. The good part of CBC is its effects do not build up in your body and your side effects will last a much shorter time. CBC has become a very powerful mood and pain reliever and now that delta 8 is on the scene, its a strong, strong medicne which should be used with cauton to not drive or operate machines.
