I thought the same thing when mine didn’t work, then I read the instructions on the box, you have to press the white leaves to vape.

Fantastic product: 1). high is excellent, 2). good terp flavor (fruity, juicy, watermelon), 3). amount of product (3 grams) is great value which lasts a decent amount of time.
Does get more harsh as you approach empty, but that is a common feature of most disposables as the remaining oil thickens after being subjected to heat after countless sessions.

I love the flavour and the hit, it’s just that it clogs up so quickly and then becomes a hassle. Wont be purchasing this one again. So far, KOI have the very best disposable vapes.
