These are the first gummies I’ve tried ever and I am pleased with this purchase. I followed the serving size suggestion, it was good and helped me sleep but I didn’t feel too much calmness. Waited two days, then tried again with double the serving size and that hit the spot. The flavoring or the gelatin did leave a funny aftertaste.
