Dr.Ganja was founded in 2009.
In 2009 much like today we would work a lot and go out a lot and make friends along the way. One of which owned a dispensary in West Hollywood called AHHS. When we first went inside AHHS and experienced it, we thought this is the coolest thing ever! We knew right away that we wanted to be part of this industry in some form.
Back in those days in California you needed to be evaluated by a licensed MD to obtain a medical card to legally purchase from a dispensary. This aspect was interesting to us, and we saw an avenue for growth. We believed we could educate and help people get evaluated by a licensed professional to have legal access to dispensaries. But most importantly, we believed we could make the process quick, professional, and stress – free.
Free Shipping
Dr.Ganja offers free Standard shipping on all domestic orders. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of being received Monday to Friday.
Standard shipping transit times span between 2 to 10 business days from the processing date. (We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. We do everything possible to ensure reasonable order processing)

Priority Shipping Options
You may upgrade your shipping to priority status. Priority status orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of being received, Monday through Friday. (We do everything possible to make sure you can get your order in the advertised time frame, but we cannot guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time frame. Additionally, the price you pay for shipping is the same price we pay. We do not make any money off any shipping costs)
Priority shipping transit times are 1 to 7 business days from processing date.
For orders from Dr.Ganja vendors, see their individual shipping methods; not all sellers may offer Priority shipping.
International Shipping
We offer First Class International shipping on all international orders. International orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days of being received Monday through Friday. (We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. We do everything possible to ensure reasonable order processing. Also, the price you pay for shipping is also the price we pay. We do not make money off shipping costs)
First Class International shipping transit times are 15 to 40 days.
Dr.Ganja vendors currently do not ship internationally.
Countries We Ship To
We ship all over the globe! All shipments are sent out quickly and in discreet packaging. Once it’s shipped to an address in the United States, it takes approximately 2 to 6 business days to arrive. In addition, all U.S. orders qualify for free shipping.
Orders sent to international destinations vary in their arrival date, but we do offer affordable shipping rates.
Australia, Canada, Germany, Guam, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Virgin islands (US)
U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are shipped via Priority mail. (If your country, state, territory or provenance is not listed, we currently do not ship there)
Dr.Ganja vendors currently do not ship internationally.
International Shipping Policy
After your order is placed, we will send an email confirmation for your order. Subsequently thereafter, you will receive an additional email with a detailed explanation of the international shipping process and policies to facilitate shipping operations. If you do not comply with the process and policies, you may immediately cancel the order for a full refund. If you want this information before placing an order, please contact us and provide the country your order is being shipped to.
We do everything within our power to make sure you receive your order. But due to an infinite number of varying laws and regulations, we simply cannot guarantee delivery.
Dr.Ganja vendors currently do not ship internationally.
Order Confirmation & Shipping Tracking Numbers
After your order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number for your packaged order. You may also sign in to your account dashboard and find your order confirmation and tracking information, as well as other useful information pertaining to your account. (If you did not get a confirmation email after placing your order, we ask that you check any junk email folder or promotion sections of your email. If you still do not see a Dr.Ganja email order confirmation, please contact us and we will resend it to you)
When you order from a Dr.Ganja vendor, you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order. If ordering from different individual vendors, you will receive individual confirmations and tracking emails from those sellers.
Discreet Shipping
We take great care preparing every individual order prior to shipping. All items ordered are carefully packaged and vacuum sealed when required. To ensure your right to privacy, we ship all orders in discreet, ordinary boxes with absolutely no odors or Dr.Ganja labels anywhere on the box.
Dr.Ganja vendors are encouraged to package and ship the same way but check individual seller reviews. They may have their own process for packaging and shipping.
Products Process
All the products on Dr.Ganja are in stock in a climate-controlled environment in our warehouse. All products are shipped by Dr.Ganja to ensure the best quality standards and prompt delivery of every order.
All Dr.Ganja hemp flowers are weighed to order. After you place an order, the individual strain is weighed, packaged, vacuum sealed and shipped to you to maintain high quality and freshness standards.
Dr.Ganja vendors are encouraged to follow the same procedure. But they may have their own system for processing their products.
On its way to you! Orders are processed immediately. The average delivery time is 5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. If you have ordered from a Dr.Ganja vendor and you haven’t had updates on your order or tracking, please contact the individual seller. If you have additional questions, please visit the shipping page. (We cannot guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time frame, all though we do everything possible to make sure you get your order in the advertised time frame)

Return Policy
Most Items shipped from Dr.Ganja, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Returns through Dr.Ganja vendors should be contacted directly to the vendor when there is a problem. If the vendor fails to resolve the problem, you can file a claim. When Dr.Ganja receives the claim, we send the vendor an email detailing the claim which requests a response with basic information about the order and the fulfillment process. Dr.Ganja will then determine how the claim will settle.
Dr.Ganja Global Store Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 to 4 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Dr.Ganja will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact us to request a refund for the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded for the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees, once your return is processed.

DrGanja.com Holiday Return Policy
Items shipped by Dr.Ganja between November 1 and December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a full refund.

How Do I Start a Return?
You can start your return by filling out the form from your account dashboard or fill out this form.
Returns for Dr.Ganja vendors should go directly through the vendor by contacting them. If the vendor fails to resolve the issue, you can file a claim. Dr.Ganja receives the claim, we send the vendor an email detailing the claim which requests a response with basic information about the order and the return process.
How Can I Find My Returned Order?

For Dr.Ganja vendors, please contact them directly to inquire about your returned order.
Most orders are processed within 24 of being received. If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of being placed from your account dashboard or fill out this form.
You will not be able to cancel your order after the 24 hour period mentioned above.
All credits will be returned directly to the associated account at the specific financial institution in which the payment was made. The length of time for the credit to appear in your account usually take within 72 hours, but can take longer and is dependent on the financial institution and not Dr.Ganja.
Dr.Ganja vendors may have a different policy for cancelling orders. Make sure to check their individual order cancellation policies.
