Suggested Use

I won't lie, I read a lot of comments and seen a lot of reviews on gummies. The fact this is my first time getting gummies, I have to to say my body is really weird!! When I ate one and only one, I waited over 6 hours for the effects and nothing happened. Than the next day ( at night really) I decided to eat two instead. And that's when it hit me. I would advise nobody do that, unless you have a very high tolerance, like me. I will be getting more gummies, but it have to be stronger for me, so I can eat only one. Thanks again Doc.

Disabled veteran here that suffers from insomnia, anxiety and PTSD. I take 1/3rd of a gummy during the day time and it quiets my mind and elevates my mood, alleviating a lot of undue anxiety and stress. I take 1/2 gummy about two hours prior to bedtime...really helps me relax and shortly after fall asleep [without needing my prescribed ambien]. The gummies take more/less exactly an hour to kick in for me. I use a cheap ass digital scale I got off of Amazon to make sure I am getting my dosages right (when I cut the gummies up). This is my third purchase of Medusa delta 8 gummies. I've tried other brands in the past, but the effects/quality of this one far surpass their competitors.
