What products can I sell on DrGanja.com?
Hemp based products that are farm bill compliant and contain 0.3% Δ9-THC or less on a dried weight basis with accompanying COAs dated within 12 months.
How much does it cost to sell on DrGanja.com?
All Base Commissions on the Dr.Ganja Marketplace are 20%.
How do I manage my seller account?
In the backend of Dr.Ganja seller control panel is a web interface used to manage all aspects of selling on Dr.Ganja.com. You can add product information, make inventory updates, manage orders, and manage payments.
How do I get paid?
Dr.Ganja first settles your account 14 days after you register. Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every 14 days. It normally takes 5 business days from the settlement until the money is available in your U.S. bank account. For a settlement to take place you must have a positive Dr.Ganja selling account. Commission fees and customer refunds, if any, can affect your balance.
Do you offer fraud protection?
Yes. Dr.Ganja’s payment fraud protection helps you eliminate fraudulent orders.
What is the Dr.Ganja Guarantee?
The Dr.Ganja Guarantee Program is designed to handle situations where a customer either never received a product or received a product that is materially different from what was ordered or expected. We ask customers to first contact the merchant when they have a problem. If the merchant fails to resolve the problem, the customer can file a claim. When DrGanja.com receives the claim, we send the merchant an email detailing the claim which requests a response with basic information about the order and the fulfillment process. DrGanja.com will then determine how the claim will settle which may include reimbursement of the order to the customer, at the merchant’s expense.

Yes, customers can leave feedback. Customers are more likely to purchase products from merchants with higher ratings. Your feedback rating is a key metric used by DrGanja.com to measure your performance.
