Relaxing and seems to provide some mild pain relief. The terpenes add some pleasant weed flavor. I did a single 5-second pull on 2 separate occasions days apart, with results mentioned above. Both of the following nights, I slept more soundly than usual, with no middle of the night wakeups. My experience, then, is that Soothe is great for relaxation and sleep enhancement but is of limited benefit for (joint) pain relief.
