Cancel An Order

    Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being received. If you would like to cancel your order prior to it being processed, do so from your My Account page or fill out this form.

    Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order.

    All credits will be returned directly to the associated account at the specific financial institution in which the payment was made. The length of time for the credit to appear in your account can take a few business days or as many as 6 weeks, and is dependent on the financial institution and not Dr.Ganja.
