Suggested Use
Each bottle contains a dropper with milliliter measurement lines. Apply your desired dose underneath the tongue and hold for at least 20 seconds prior to swallowing. Taking tincture with food is not necessary, but may help with absorption. Full effects may be felt between 30 to 60 minutes after ingestion.
