This is a review for the 2nd pheno release of this strain (most of the reviews on here are for the 1st pheno which was purple, frosty, was $55 for a 1/4oz, and had some of the highest rated reviews) This batch is clearly WAY different as well as a little less expensive. The flower I received was not at all like the photo in the description which looked nice and fluffy/light green. What I received was super dense dark nugs that were poorly trimmed. I ended up removing about 2 grams of sugar leaves. The poor trim job resulted in the. Bag smelling super leafy and green. (If you’ve ever smelled pure trim, you know what I mean) The smell after grinding was kinda nice with a slight savory odor. Taste was muted and a little harsh even after removing the leaves. Effects were pretty muted too especially for an indica dominant.

Very pleased. Recently moved to a new state where it’s a bit more difficult to purchase good flower. I smoke before bed to help with my anxiety and insomnia and this did exactly what I needed! I was able to rest my mind and eventually close my eyes and just knock out. Mainly indica effects. Smells great. I personally am a fan of the taste. Looks great with beautiful colors. Hits smooth. Very potent. Will be buying again.

Dr Ganja really outdid themselves with this batch. If I could rank higher than 5 stars I would. Buds are almost black and covered in kief. It's some of the most exotic bud I've seen. Amazing in everyway.

Black truffles is really dark. We’re talking Black Forest ham skin dark, blood sausage hues of deep violet levels of dark. Floral confection smell, closest I can think of is RS-11, MAC, gorilla pie and lost cause; effects are also similar to those listed (hybrid). Like the name suggests its effects have an almost bougie quality to them, like when I hit the vape I have to jut my pinky into the air. Did I mention this strain is gorgeously dark?
